| HERE'S AN AMAZING VIDEO FROM OUR VIDEOGRAPHERS
ELYSIUM PRODUCTIONS - ALEX & JULIE HILL + KYLE NALLEY
I have never seen a video more amazing than this - I am so glad Jessica Claire recommended them. I am speechless about the quality of the following videos. The first one is the short collage, and the 2nd one is the 1/2 hour version:

| PEACE & TRANQUILITY AT OUR RANCH
The last of our guests left this morning. It was so awesome that we had a bunch of people stay and filter out slowly so we wouldn't be shocked with a deafening silence when the event was over.
Today was our first day alone, and we spent the whole day in the hammock (arrow). Yesterday, we took a float plane over and did this photo (Canon 5D, 70-200mm f2.8L) We are totally in a cocoon of comfort.
Thank you so much everybody for all your love. I'll be back later to write more. | | |
| ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE IMAGES FROM JESSICA CLAIRE AND JEN BEBB
Our wedding was very intimate (at our home), and I'm pretty sure we had the way more images than any wedding I have ever witnessed. We had all of the world's most famous wedding photographers in one place - and while I haven't been a photographer for over five years, my closest friends happen to be wedding photographers. And it was absolutely magical in every way. The clouds actually parted above the ranch minutes before our ceremony. It was surreal. And when Melissa walked out the first thing I saw of course was her striking beauty but mostly the sun made her eyes completely sparkle. I lost it. And then Melissa lost it. I couldn't take my eyes off her, except to look over at my wedding party and they were all crying. I looked out at all of our friends and family and everybody was crying. Joe Buissink was the officiant, and he was incredible. My best man was Denis Reggie, and my grooms attendants were David Jay, Amy Nave and Janey Aufderheide. The bridesmaids were Jessica Strickland, Ann Kesterke, Melissa Pilla and Missy's sister Jen. The flowergirls were Adam and Lauren's daughter, Riley Scorgie, niece Josie Board and the ringbearer was Matteo Cordoso, Nicole Peach's son.
Among the other photographers there were Bob Davis (who just shot Eva Longoria's wedding as you all know), Mike Colon, Kristen Alexander, David Beckstead, Brian Kramer, Dane Sanders, Nathan Holritz, Robbie Gantt and Lauren Chapman, and Pictage's CEO Jason Kiefer.
Our wedding coordinator was incredible. Crystal Hutchison pulled the entire event off with amazing perfection, especially since this is her first wedding! And the band, Rembrandt, was flown up from Los Angeles. They were the most amazing 11 piece band with incredible vocalists and horn section. The band and I have been friends for 25 years, and they were absolutely incredible.
So everybody asked, "who's going to shoot your wedding?" and the answer was the phenomenal Jessica Claire and Jen Bebb. We have been huge fans of JC's work, and I had never met Jen Bebb, but I did know that American Photo also named her as one of the top ten wedding photographers in the world. Holy smokes, tonight we got a glimpse of their images.
Here's some images from Jessica Claire: and you HAVE to see the slide show she did by clicking on her link above.

and here's some images from Jen Bebb: And here is the big group shot of everybody!
INFRARED IMAGES FROM KRISTEN ALEXANDER
She brought her Nikon Coolpix IR conversion to our wedding. How cool are these?

| WELL I NEVER!
Here at the ranch everybody is playing a game called, "I never..." What they do is somebody standing says something they have or haven't done, and if others agree, they have to vacate their chair and find another vacant chair. It's hilarious!
