	ed mcmahon from publisher's clearinghouse is clearing his house Nuyoka posted this citation on a comment, so I thought I would steer to it. I think Ed could write a book about this and make a lot - because he's not alone and he is cheeky enough to admit it. If I were a literary agent I'd be at his house with a video crew, a bunch of balloons and a big check.

His problem is poor planning, plain and simple. He isn't trying to work, he isn't selling a product that people can't buy. He made plenty of money over the years. Piss poor money management skills. Him and Evander Holyfield both needed to downsize their spending yet neither one could.

At least Evander isn't on cable news shows crying about how stupid he is.

Heck - at least he MENTIONED poor planning.... most people just run around screaming "George Bush" and flailing their arms. If everyone chose living within their means, there would not be a housing crisis - but that nugget of truth doesn't sell ads!!
