THANK YOU VIRTUAL VILLAGE!

Just as an update, my patent lawyer contacted the people at Virtual Village regarding counterfeit items, and they removed the items! That's totally an honorable thing to do, and worthy of high fives!

I want to thank all of you who offered to help with testimonials and samples, I've forwarded all of them to my law firm and we are really grateful for your help and support. I think it's kind of the same thing as people making copies of proofs, photographers are a very watchful bunch with regards to having their work stolen, and I want you all to know that I appreciate all of you writing to me.

Also - to update you on the JT Photoworld situation in Manila, I've asked Jerome Tan to sign an affidavit as a sworn testimony that he has not participated in the selling of counterfeit goods, and he has refused so far to do so. This is a drag because if he didn't do anything wrong, he'd have no reason to not to sign one, and I would trust him again. I will keep you all informed of the situation with JT Photoworld.

Gary, I ran across this link in dpreview in the lighting discussion pages. It looks identical to
a Lightsphere, which was referenced in the discussion.

Does someone actually have the counterfeit product with a receipt from JT Photoworld?

Wow, that is amzing. I hope you catch all those calprutes. Some people just don;t get it. If we can do anything like more testimonials or anything please let us know. We love all your products and truely think of you and Missy as our friends. I agree with Terry; I hope you can shut them down.
