| | THIS MORNING, I WOKE UP AND LOOKED OUT THE KITCHEN WINDOW AND SAID, "HONEY?" "HONEY?!!!" CALL JESSE!!!!

Yesterday, Melissa went around lunging and riding her horse Monet around the arena. Monet is such a beautiful girl and she knows it. So she's in heat (the horse, I mean) and every time she would pass Lindsay's horse, "Gideon" (which means mighty warrior) Monet would do a little flirty thing and slow down and look hot. We think it drove Gideon crazy.
So this morning, I woke up and was making my regular non-fat yogurt/flax/sesame/pumpkin/sunflower seed mixture and brewing my iced green tea when I look out and I see an unfamiliar horse in the pasture that usually houses the siblings Rodin and Monet. And I see that the fence is broken down. Must be the mighty warrior, I thought. Of course, my first thought was for you, my blog readers so I ran and got out the 70-200mm f2.8 Canon lens on the D30, making it a 300mm lens. Then I texted Jesse and you should've seen the looks on their faces when they got out of his truck. I guess what happened was when the Monet was trotting around so beautifully circling the arena, prancing teasingly in front of Gideon, he just got torqued up too much. Mind you, he was in a pasture way across the way, so he busted out of his pasture - went across about I don't know, 60 yards and then broke into Monet/Rodin's fence, KICKED RODIN OUT and then proceeded to nail Monet repeatedly. Poor brother Rodin. He got kicked out of his bedroom and was wandering around. He looked so sad this morning I had to take a photo of him: |
